Verification confirms that it's really you opening the account. It's a security step the law requires of us, and it protects the whole community from fraud.
What you need
- Your ID document (national ID or passport).
- Good lighting so the photo comes out clear.
- The same email you used to open your account.
Steps
- Go to your profile and tap "Verification".
- Choose your country and document type.
- Take a photo of your document, front and back.
- Follow the prompts for the photo of your face.
- Submit and wait for confirmation. It's usually quick.
If verification won't go through, check that the photos are sharp and glare-free. If it still won't work, write to us — that's the fastest path while we improve the flow.
