This Policy explains what data Syklo ("Syklo", "we") collects, how we use it, and what control you have over it. It applies to your use of the web app, the syklo.io site, and related services.

The most important part: we never hold your private keys or your banking credentials. We collect the minimum needed to operate the Service and meet legal requirements.

We process your data to perform the contract (provide the Service), to meet legal obligations (KYC / fraud prevention), for legitimate interest (security and product improvement), and, where applicable, with your consent (e.g. analytics cookies).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works and to understand, in aggregate, how it's used. You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the notice that appears on entry. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are always on.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations (e.g. KYC and anti-fraud records). After that, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% foolproof — which is why the non-custodial model is a structural protection: your funds aren't on a server someone could drain.

10. Minors

The Service is not directed at people under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We'll post the current version with its update date and, for significant changes, notify you through the usual channels.
