I forgot my PIN

When you signed up for Syklo, you created a six-digit PIN. That PIN is what lets you into your wallet.
The PIN encrypts your wallet: only you can access your funds. We don't have access to your PIN and can't recover it. That's why it's best to keep it somewhere safe.
What if I forgot it?
If your wallet has no funds, the simplest path is to open a new account. You'll need support to do that.
If you do have funds in your account, the only option is to try to remember the PIN by testing possible combinations of the 6-digit code.
