Your PIN protects access to your account. For security, Syklo doesn't store your PIN in plain text, so we can't read it — but we can help you reset it safely.
What to do
- On the PIN screen, tap "Forgot my PIN".
- Confirm your identity with your account email.
- Follow the steps to create a new PIN.
If you don't see the option or the process stalls, write to support@syklo.io from the same email you used to open your account. That match is what lets us help you safely.
