How do I update my info?

Keeping your info current helps your trades go through smoothly — especially your payment methods.

What you can change yourself

  1. Go to webapp.syklo.io and sign in with your email and PIN.
  2. Go to your profile or settings section.
  3. Edit your payment methods (for example, your Nequi or Zinli username) or your contact details.
  4. Save the changes.

What needs support

Some verification data, like your legal name or ID document, can't be changed on your own, for security. If you need to correct something like that, write to support@syklo.io from your email.

Double-check your payment method before saving. A wrong username or number can make you receive a payment in the wrong account.
