How do I delete my account?

You can ask us to delete your account and your data whenever you want. Before you do, there's one important step.
Withdraw all your dollars before deleting your account. Since you control your funds, we can't recover them for you once the account is closed.
Steps
- Withdraw or send your full balance so your account reaches zero.
- Write to support@syklo.io from your account email, requesting deletion.
- We confirm your identity and process the request.
We delete your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep for a time (for example, verification records). You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
