Help with a stuck transaction

Sometimes a trade gets stuck waiting: the counterparty doesn't confirm, or the status won't change. This almost always gets resolved. Here's what to do.

If you already paid and the counterparty won't confirm
- Check that you uploaded the payment receipt in the trade chat.
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes the other person is finishing verifying.
- If time passes and they don't respond, open a dispute from the trade itself.
When you open a dispute, the dollars stay frozen in escrow and a Syklo judge reviews both parties' evidence to decide.
